Section 03
Dashboard
The at-a-glance health and threat view: six metric cards and five charts.
The Dashboard is the landing page and the appliance's at-a-glance health and threat view. It summarises recent activity across a set of metric cards and charts, all scoped to a recent window.
What you see
Six metric cards across the top:
- Proxy Latency: how long the interception proxy is adding to requests.
- Events (1h): prompts processed in the last hour.
- Actions (1h): enforcement actions taken (monitor/block) in the last hour.
- Block Rate: share of events that resulted in a block.
- Total (1h): total events in the window.
- Errors: processing errors.
Below the cards, charts visualise the same telemetry: Threat Activity (volume over time), Prompt Risk Radar, Prompt Attack Categories, Prompt Safety Overview, and Compliance Rate.
How to use it
Use the Dashboard as the daily first stop: confirm the appliance is processing (latency and event counts non-zero), watch the block rate and threat activity for spikes, and keep an eye on the error count. For a bounded, shareable summary of any period, use Reports; for individual sessions, use Users.
The Dashboard is read-only for everyone.
New appliance. On a freshly installed appliance the Dashboard is quiet: counts near zero and sparse charts. That is expected; the cards and charts fill in as the appliance processes traffic.
